Marguerite Connolly Training & Consulting (MCTC) has been delivering healthcare training programs in PEI since 1996. We have campuses in Charlottetown and Summerside.
MCTC is certified and approved by the Department of Innovation & Advanced Learning: Government of Prince Edward Island to offer Resident Care Worker (RCW) and Home Support Worker (HSW) programs.
Our Mission
Our purpose is to train individuals to be sensitive, compassionate, caring, and respectful to those who are in need.
We work diligently with each individual student, taking into account their unique learning needs, so that every one of our graduates grows to be a successful caregiver.
Our Programs
MCTC offers Resident Care Worker and Home Support Worker training programs beginning every year in the Spring and Fall. Each program is designed to teach you the skills to become an effective caregiver with the ability to be employable in the field.
Our professional RCW and HSW programs will provide group and individualized instruction, producing competent caregivers to provide supplementary healthcare to our Island communities.
