To be eligible to register to the Resident Care Worker program, you must submit the following documents to our admissions office:

• Grade 12 or equivalent (A copy of your high school transcript or GED certificate)*
•  A Level II Police Records Check*
• Current CPR Level C and Standard First Aid Certificate 
• Medical Certificate signed by a medical doctor*
• WHMIS
• Immunization form  (to be submitted before the first day of class) 
• Current resume with three (3) references*
• Application Form*
• Questionnaire (Five Questions)*
• $20 Application Fee (upon acceptance, the fee will be credited to tuition)*

*Items marked with an asterisk are required before Acceptance Letter can be given.  

Marguerite Connolly Training & Consulting accepts applications in person or via email. You may download the required application documents below and send them to our admissions office at info@rcwtraining.ca or drop them off in person at one of our locations:

• Charlottetown: 55 Grafton Street
• Summerside: 10 Slemon Park Drive

Once your documents have been reviewed by our admissions team, you will be contacted to complete an interview and an admission test.
